The Phoenix Leadership Conference (PLC) is a 4-day global leadership retreat in Ontario Canada. We invite delegates aged 14-25 from around the world to join us for a weekend of growing, learning, and making connections with likeminded individuals.

Our goal is to create dynamic, well-rounded leaders through personal growth and professional development. Our conference is designed to get you out of your comfort zone, allow you to explore topics in leadership, develop concrete social skills, and let you enjoy a fun outdoorsy camp weekend. This is done through our three programs, which run simultaneously throughout the conference.

We strive to create an inclusive and welcome environment where everyone can thrive, by providing  different learning opportunities such as workshops, small group discussions, and team building activities. Our diverse group of global leaders provide an outlet where everyone can share their perspectives, and encourage open dialogues about different and unique communities within a safe space for you to explore, discover, and flourish.

At the end of the weekend, you'll walk away with new connections to successful leaders, a new understanding of the world around you, and the ability to apply your refined leadership skills to your personal life.
